Collaborator and Administrative Assistant Competition for Healthcare Companies (ASL and Hospital Companies)

The Manual is a very useful support tool for preparing for all competitive tests for administrative profiles at local health authorities and hospital companies, offering an in-depth discussion of the main subjects required by the notices. This fifth edition contains all the commented regulatory updates related to Covid-19 to Ministerial Decree 77/20222, to the development projects of the NHS (AGENAS Document and Missions 5 and 6 PNRR) and to the latest developments in digital health. The volume begins with a reflection on the right to health and then moves on to analysis of the evolution of the National Health System before and after law no. 833/1978. The examination continues by focusing attention on the financing system, the relationship between the State and the Regions and the role of local authorities. The manual analyzes the main aspects of the NHS – governance, organisation, socio-health integration and commissioning – and examines the role of the citizen, community welfare, essential levels of assistance and supplementary healthcare. This is followed by a careful examination of the evolution of information and IT systems, scientific research, the control system, the relationship of work within the NHS and of accounting and budgets. The themes of combating corruption, administrative transparency, contracts and procurement are at the center of the last chapters which conclude with the general profiles of the basic disciplines, constitutional law and administrative law.
