The notice from the Municipality of Prato is online which allows you to request a financial contribution that allows children up to the age of 21 (not yet completed), with serious disabilities, to take part in summer socialization activities, until September.
The application to request the contribution, the amount of which varies from 400 euros to 1200 euros, can be submitted by 8 June using the “Form B” application and the “Form C” privacy declaration with the applicant’s identity document attached. The contribution will be paid based on available resources, through a ranking that will take into account the lower ISEE value and the younger age of the applicants.

The application must be submitted with hand delivery to General Protocol P.zza del Pesce 9, Monday and Thursday 9am-5pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-1pm; via PEC to the address: [email protected] or by registered mail addressed to: Protocol Office of the Municipality of Prato – Piazza del Pesce 9, 59100 – Prato (the postmark will prevail)
An advance contribution may be paid, which must then be fully accounted for at the end of the summer activities carried out.
