It hit passing cars, damaging them and endangering road traffic. Last May 12th, at approximately 9pm, lThe Gallarate State Police intervened in via XXV Aprile after several reports.
The person responsible for the damage was intercepted by the police station patrol car in via Venegoni in a clear state of alcoholic intoxication. At the request of the police, the man refused to provide information on his identity and, indeed, uttered insults and serious threats towards them: “Shitty cops, sons of bitches, if you don’t let me go I’ll cut you and kill you like your colleague died in Milan, but I’ll kill both of you” attempting to escape the accompaniment by identification through physical resistance.
Thanks to the intervention of State Police officers, the person was taken to the police station and identified. Already been reached by two expulsion decrees and related orders from the Police Commissioner to leave the national territory from which he evidently escapedafter a night at the police station he was taken into care by the Immigration Office and expelled again by the Prefect of Varese.
The citizen, of Moroccan origin, was accompanied yesterday, Wednesday 15 May, to the detention center for repatriations in Milan.
