About 4 thousand cruise passengers traveling aboard the Oasis of the Seas will visit Lerici from 1pm to 7pm on June 26th, the day on which the Royal Caribbean ship will dock in La Spezia. Aloschi Bros. European Tour Operators has in fact proposed the creation in Lerici of “a special promotional event for the Royal Caribbean brand which, for 2024, has chosen the village as the location of the initiative organized annually for selected customers, who will be given the opportunity to discover the beauty of the place, recognized among the most evocative tourist destinations in the world”, it is explained in the address document with which the municipal administration of Lerici approves the initiative in question and prepares to welcome it. A proposal deemed valid by Palazzo Civico “in light of the prestige of the subject involved, the positive effects on the promotional activity of the territory and the internationality of the participating subjects, given the large number of visitors who will have the opportunity to discover the village of Lerici and its historical and artistic heritage”. As, advising the administration “the need to ensure the success of the event, the management of any access/parking of vehicles, the authorization for any occupation of public land, the cleanliness and decorum of the village”, with the act of address consequent mandated to the services of the Suap body, Culture/Events/Sport/Tourism, Environment and Municipal Police.
