Parma, the season will start on July 1st. The first day will be dedicated to tests and medical visits

The march towards the 2024/25 season will begin on Monday 1st July Parma, fresh back in Serie A, with the training camp, the ritual medical visits and then the first training session, scheduled for July 3rd. The players, under the orders of Mr. Pecchia and his technical staff, will begin working at the Mutti Training Center in Collecchio, home of the summer retreat, to prepare for the new season, he underlines ParmaLive.com.

The 1st and 2nd of July will be dedicated to visits and physical fitness tests, coordinated by the Parma medical staff. The session on Wednesday 3 July will be open to the public, with the times and complete program to be communicated later. The first pre-season friendly test will be played on Saturday 13 July at 7pm, and will see Parma challenge the Swiss Lugano, who they already faced last season in Collecchio. It will be played at the Comunale stadium in Cornaredo (MI).

Meanwhile, the official announcement of Emanuele Valeri, the left back released after his experience with Frosinone, is approaching. The ’98 class will be Parma’s first signing for 2024/25: the player is already in the city and in the next few hours he will undergo the ritual medical examinations before signing the contract that will bind him to the yellow and blue colours. The defender, who should sign a three-year agreement with an option for a fourth year, will thus reunite with Fabio Pecchia, his coach at the time of Cremonese with whom they achieved a historic promotion to the top flight.
