L’AQUILA – “The ceiling of 400 million euros to allow the transfer and discount on invoices in the areas affected by the earthquakes of L’Aquila in 2009, and in Central Italy in 2016 and 2017, can only be used for the new practices , i.e. those started after the entry into force of the Superbonus Decree, therefore after April 1st. Which means that the 400 million stake will be sufficient to cover the requests as it has no retroactive value. A work carried out with active dialogue with the commissioner Guido Castelli, Municipality of L’Aquila, Special Offices, and with constant dialogue with trade associations, primarily the Regional and National Association of Builders (ANCE).
Thus the Abruzzo senators of the Brothers of Italy, Guido Liris and Etel Sigismondi, on the amendment which sees them as the first signatories of the Superbonus law decree, approved yesterday by the Senate Finance Committee.
In essence, the amendment modifies the original text of the decree in which the 400 million would have concerned practices relating to the whole of 2024, therefore also retroactively.
“It is yet another demonstration that L’Aquila, Abruzzo and the areas affected by the earthquake are an integral part of the agenda of the centre-right majority in Parliament and of the Meloni Government – Liris and Sigismondi further explain – What has been done on the amendment is It was an important and shared work that responded promptly to the requests received from the territories, still dealing with the consequences of the two tragic earthquakes. And this is also good news for the offices of the respective craters.”
