Therefore the company intends to select resources, even without experience, to be able to train in the use of materials, tools and machinery aimed at carrying out all phases relating to its industrial activities.
In this regard, to know the type of work in detail and allow the aspiring worker to acquire specialized skills and knowledge, the company offers a free Academy training course lasting 212 hours, divided into theoretical and practical lessons by the ‘Ipsia Sandro Pertini Institute of Terni. The Academy will train installers and maintainers of electrical and hydrothermal healthcare, civil and industrial systems.
ItalStem will be supported by the consultancy firm Tagged Srl in planning policies for the inclusion and management of human resources. The Synergie Spa employment agency will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of the students who will participate in the Academy.
