Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto). The historic Legambiente campaign dedicated to the monitoring and cleaning of wastewater stops in Castiglione della Pescaia waste abandoned on beaches.
I am 45 children from Castiglione schoolsthe II B of the secondary school and the VB of the primary school, who met on the beach equipped with gloves, waste collection tongs and bags for “Clean beaches and seabeds” with the aim of freeing the coast from plastic and waste.
The slogan chosen for the 2024 edition, “Clean beaches? You pinch us!”, aims to be a clear reminder of responsibility, inviting everyone, starting with children and involving schools, to collaborate on the front line to keep marine and coastal areas clean and make a difference even through small gestures.

The municipal administration of Castiglione della Pescaia has been participating in these initiatives for years due to their environmental and educational importance.
