CAMPOBASSO – The Municipality of Campobasso has joined the memorandum of understanding of the Mòlì Association which proposes the Molise passporta tool for promoting and enhancing the historical, naturalistic and landscape beauties of our region.

The protocol was formalized with an agreement whose duration is established at 5 years without any costs borne by the participating entities. The latter undertake, however, to collaborate in territorial animation for the promotion of traditions, culture and typical features, facilitating the creation of territorial networks in which municipalities, associations, tourist boards, accommodation and restaurant facilities, artisan and traditional activities converge.

Together with Campobasso, it includes Campolieto, Bagnoli del Trigno, Montelongo, Petrella Tifernina, Salcito, Castelpetroso, Agnone, Montefalcone nel Sannio, Petacciato, Venafro, Roccasicura, Castel San Vincenzo, Bonefro, Monacilioni, Conca Casale, Molise, Roccamandolfi, San Martino in Pensilis, San Polo Matese, Montorio dei Frentani, Rocchetta a Volturno, Civitacampomarano, Larino, Lucito, Guardiaregia, Vastogirardi, Spinete, Toro, Provvidenti, Pietrabbondante, Colle d’Anchise, Baranello and Torella del Sannio.

By joining the Molise Passport, the Municipality of Campobasso becomes part of the network and thematic itineraries proposed to tourists by the Mòlì Association, both through traditional promotion and communication channels and with a strong social campaign.

In Campobasso, tourists will be able to collect the Molise Passport – which offers travelers the opportunity to explore Molise in an authentic way by discovering villages, traditions and events, through interesting suggestions, travel ideas and structured thematic itineraries – at the Municipal infopoint, on the ground floor of Palazzo San Giorgio.

The Molì Association to promote the Molise Passport and the activities connected to it on the occasion of Corpus Domini will be present at the 7th edition of The City of Mysteries: between villages and traditionsan event created with the aim of creating a network between communities to offer visitors an evocative showcase and an exhibition and experiential itinerary to discover the beauty and peculiarities of the Molise villages.
