An inclusive environment where all participants can feel accepted, understood and valued: it was presented ‘EstAUT – your city holiday’the summer camp organized by CSEN Piedmont and aimed at neurodivergent boys and girls and normotypical boys and girls aged between 3 and 14. The event was held on Friday 10 May, at 6.00 pm, at Ugi2 house in Corso Dante 101 in Turin.
‘EstAUT’ is an integration project, an opportunity to foster social inclusion and to concretely support families. The activities proposed by the campus, of a laboratory nature, are aimed at the development of high cognitive functions of attention and the strengthening of social interaction skills: multisensory laboratories, swimming pool, sports, trips and much more.
The expected period for the campus goes from 10 June 2024 to 26 July 2024 from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm. The spaces made available will be those by ASD Studio 21, of Casa Ugi2, of the RSA Mazzarello and of the Lido swimming pool. Educators and specialized operators will be present to guide the activities and support the children in their relationships, encouraging cooperation, communication and mutual understanding.
