Bologna, 14 May 2024 – La Segafredo Zanetti Spait will no longer be sponsor from the Virtus. The leading company in the coffeeannounces the decision not to renew the sponsorship contract expiring in June 2024 Virtus Bolognaof which the entrepreneur Massimo Zanetti is the owner and majority shareholder.
When the sponsorship started
The sponsorship had been ongoing since the 2016-2017 season.
The reasons for the decision
This decision, explains the company, “was taken following the recent review of the commercial strategy and of marketing launched following the change in the Group’s shareholding structure with the aim of accelerating the growth of Segafredo brand in various international markets”.
Segafredo Zanetti Spa “intends to adopt new strategies to strengthen the prestige of the brand, – writes the company in a note – maintaining its reputation as excellence in the sector coffeethe commitment to offering to his people consumers unique and unique experiences high quality with customer satisfaction always at the centre customer”.
