The agreement was sealed with the memorandum of understanding signed during the meeting held in recent days in the municipal auditorium of Gioiosa Jonica.
The initiative, which saw the participation of the metropolitan mayor Giuseppe Falcomatà and the metropolitan councilor, as well as deputy mayor of Gioiosa Jonica, Salvatore Fuda, the Director of the Department for Regional Affairs and Autonomies Federico Amedeo Lasco, and several administrators of the two Unions of Municipalities, served to formalize the construction of a collaborative relationship between the reality that unites eight Municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Bologna, with the Municipalities of Argelato, Bentivoglio, Castello d’Argile, Castel Maggiore, Galliera, Pieve di Cento, San Giorgio di Piano and San Pietro in Casale, and the one that unifies the centers of Mammola, Grotteria, San Giovanni di Gerace, Martone, Gioiosa Jonica and Marina di Gioiosa Jonica.
The plenary meeting, aimed at political representatives and employees of the Union and its member municipalities, was followed by activities directly aimed at employees of the various municipal and administrative entities involved.
