TREVISO – Only the Deejay Ten, the march organized by Radio Deejay capable of attracting fans from all over Italy, will attract people to the city next weekend 12 thousand spectators. AND, for one Saturday, it will cancel the market. Then there will be the Topolino Trophy, an international tournament of excellence that brings the best of youth rugby to Treviso every year: a crossroads of events that will once again put the city at the center of attention. Mayor Mario Conte is obviously aiming for everything, but he is looking with special attention at Deejay Ten, the non-competitive event which will unfold along two city circuits: one ten kilometers and one seven kilometres. Six days before the start, registrations are practically closed. THE twelve thousand members they represent the most that the organization can hold. And from tomorrow the construction of the structures necessary to welcome the marchers will also begin.

Revolution in the centre, the square closed

Piazzale Burchiellati will be the base of everything. The event will bring a series of changes to roads and parking and it will have a practical consequence: the market will collapse on Saturday. It starts from 11pm tomorrow, Wednesday, when the parking ban will come into effect in Piazzale Burchiellati for the entire area until 7pm on Sunday. And then the streets around: in Viale Burchiellati, which will be used to house the organisation’s vehicles, you will not be able to stop from 11pm on Friday, in Piazza Matteotti from 8am on Saturday. Borgo Mazzini and Borgo Cavalli will be affected by the parking ban from 11pm on Saturday. The decision taken for viale Nino Bixio is identical, in the stretch between Porta Piave and Porta San Tomaso. And that’s not all: even the car parks in via Castello d’Amore and that in via Foscolo, the current former Telecom, will be prohibited from 4am on Sunday morning: and this could also be a problem for residents. From 1am to 1pm on Sunday it will be forbidden to park on Viale Cairoli. And precisely: in the stalls in front of L Bassanello, in those outside Porta Santi Quaranta, in Lungo Sile Mattei, Largo De Gasperi, via degli Scaligeri, viale Cadorna, corso del Popolo, Riviera Santa Margherita, riviera Garibaldi, via dei Mille , via Carlo Alberto, via Martiri della Libertà, via Manin, via Riccati, Borgo Cavour, via Fabio Filzi, viale C. Battisti, via G. D’Annunzio, piazza Pio ‘Alviano, viale Frà Giocondo, piazza Trentin, piazza Indipendenza, via Indipendenza, piazza San Vito, via Campana, via Sant’Antonio.
