The boy was spotted by state police personnel inside the Canapé park, where he was wandering around in a suspicious manner, and then ran away immediately after being approached by the officers, thus giving rise to a chase.
However, the pursuit was short-lived. In fact, the officers would have reached him in a short time, but it was enough for the young drug dealer to get rid of three plastic wrappers containing cocaine, probably ready to be sold, and to damage the car that was chasing him.
The forensic police, who arrived on site, verified the nature of the contents of the wrappers, confirming that they were cocaine.
Therefore, after being stopped, the twenty-year-old was arrested for the crime of possession for the purpose of trafficking of narcotic substances and, at the direction of the public prosecutor, he was held in the security rooms of the police station, awaiting the validation hearing. Once the immediate trial was concluded, the arrest of the twenty-year-old was validated with the application of the precautionary measure of the residence ban in all the municipalities of Umbria.
