Voters suffering from serious illnesses, carriers of physical disabilities who prevent the material and independent exercise of the vote, can be accompanied to the booth by a trusted person, showing a certificate at the polling station. accompanying certificate issued by the Local Health Authority
The companion must be registered in the electoral lists of any municipality in the Republic and can only carry out this task for a disabled person.
In order for disabled voters who are physically prevented from casting their vote independently to be able to go to the booth with the assistance of a companion, one of the following conditions must be met:
– obvious physical impediment;
– AVD stamp on the electoral card (for information contact the municipal electoral office [email protected])
– possession of the registered civil disability pension booklet for visually impaired people issued pursuant to art. 3 of L.854/1973
– presentation of the medical certificate issued by a medical official specially designated by the local health authority, certifying that physical infirmity prevents you from casting your vote without the help of another voter.
The certification is issued, in the presence of the interested voter, as per note attachedat the clinics of the Public Hygiene Service in the 4 days prior to the consultation and on the two days of electoral consultation in the locations and at the times indicated below:
- Tuesday 4 June in Savignano sul Rubicone, in Corso Perticari n. 119, from 10 am to 12 pm
- Wednesday 5 June in Cesenain Piazza Magnani n.146, from 10 am to 12 pm
- Thursday 6 June in Cesenain Piazza Magnani n.146, from 10 am to 12 pm
- Friday 7 June in Cesenain Piazza Magnani n.146, from 10 am to 12 pm
It is recommended to present yourself with a valid identity document, the electoral certificate and any clinical documentation deemed appropriate for the evaluation (e.g. civil disability, specialist reports, etc.).
In addition to the days indicated above, we inform you that it is possible to access for the issuing of the certification on the usual days and hours of opening of the Public Hygiene clinic.
