(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 13 – Three AC Milan ultras were arrested yesterday for attacking a 25-year-old Romanian by throwing chairs and tables at them and stabbing them after Saturday night’s match between the Rossoneri team and Cagliari. The young man was taken to hospital with a prognosis of 15 days. The prosecutor on duty Francesca Crupi asked for the validation of the arrest (carried out in flagrante delicto yesterday, after the episode which occurred on the night between Saturday and Sunday) and precautionary custody in prison for the ultra who physically inflicted the stab wounds in the side and the 25-year-old’s groin and house arrest for the other two attackers.
Milan investigating judge Teresa De Pascale will decide on the requests after tomorrow’s interrogations. According to what was reconstructed in the police investigation, also based on surveillance camera footage, the attack took place in front of a place between Via Capecelatro and Piazza Axum, near the stadium. The three are accused of multiple aggravated injuries.
