Molise Acque strengthens workplace safety, Sabatini’s note

CAMPOBASSO – “Safety at work has always been one of the primary objectives of the “Molise Acque” Regional Special Company and we will continue vigorously on this path”. With this declaration, the President of the Company, the lawyer Stefano Sabatini, opened the Periodic Safety Meeting aimed at sharing and adopting the new update of the risk assessment in work activities.

The meeting was attended, as required by law, by the competent doctor, the head of the safety office, the workers’ safety representative and the head of the company’s prevention and protection service.

After the analysis, discussion and sharing with those present of what is contained in the update of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), the President set out his vision for a path to improve and strengthen workplace safety in which Molise Acque operates.

President Sabatini wanted to underline how, to improve safety at work and reduce the probability of accidents, it is necessary to further incentivize company policies for the protection of workers by pursuing specific strategic objectives on the information and training of workers, on the quality of work, on research and innovation also with the introduction of innovative methods for supervision.

“Information and training of workers – underlined Sabatini – are essential to ensure that everyone is aware of the risks of their working environment and are able to manage them appropriately and efficiently”.

At the end of the meeting, after having underlined the need to strengthen the monitoring of the infrastructures managed by the Company to identify and correct potential dangers also thanks to innovative technologies, President Sabatini reiterated his firm desire to give further impetus to the Management System for Safety at Work (SGSL), already adopted by Molise Acque and fundamental for creating a shared culture of safety within the Company.
