10/05/2024 VICENZA – Weavings of peace, pompoms and Alpine-themed artefacts made by students and volunteers from local associations, the proceeds of which will go to finance projects for schools || A riot of colors. Flowerbeds of soft pompoms that embellish the Garden of Santa Corona during the three days of the Gathering. The “Weavings of Peace” event “knotted” an entire community. Alpine-themed artefacts which – with free donations – will finance non-violence education workshops for young and very young people. Handmade objects in the creation of which schools and associations participated and in which 7 thousand balls of yarn were used, giving life to almost 8 thousand pompoms in addition to over a thousand artefacts including pennants, brooch cockades, Alpine pens and bookmarks.
