L’AQUILA – Last night the staff of the Flying Squad of the L’Aquila Police Headquarters proceeded with the arrest of a woman born in 1990 of Lithuanian nationality, with a police record.

In fact, the police, alerted by the Operations Room, intervened in Via Colle Pretara to report a woman, clearly intoxicated, who was bothering passers-by. The same woman, after refusing to provide her personal details to the officers, began to rant against them, threatening them with death and was immobilized, not without difficulty, after she had used two glass beer bottles, taking them out of her backpack, throwing them at to the agents. Subsequently, she was forced to board the police car and kicked violently inside the service car, causing damage to the police vehicle. Hence the arrest for resistance, violence, threats and damage.

The validation hearing took place yesterday, with the simultaneous application of the precautionary measure of daily presentation at the Police Headquarters, with the obligation to sign. This is the first arrest of the agents coordinated by the new director of the Police Headquarters Volnate Squad, Francesco D’Amico.
