“There are no indications of guilt”

Santos was found lifeless on Monday morning in front of the house where he had lived together with Baiguera for about 10 years, owner of the accommodation. To the prosecutor, however, Baiguera would have said yes having given “two slaps” to the roommate who “had been drinking” and then dragged him out. The autopsy that was carried out on the 36-year-old’s body found evidence of dragging, but no injuries capable of causing his death. Santos, however, had one cardiopulmonary infection poorly cared for which could have contributed to the death, which presumably occurred for other reasons.
