Carmelo Tandurella, from Gelato, is the new general secretary of Femca Cisl, a union that brings together and defends workers in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, oil, gas and water companies, mines and companies in the textile and clothing sectors. He will be responsible for the secretariat of Agrigento, Caltanissetta and Enna. Another Gela native who joins the territorial secretariat of the three provinces is Vincenzo Intanno.
