New twist in the investigation into anabolics and drugs in gyms, arrests validated but without precautionary measures.
They would be among the 22 investigated in the maxi investigation by the NAS into the illicit trafficking of anabolics and drugs in the gyms of Sassari, Mirko Pinna And Fabrizio Piroddu. But yesterday, during searches of gyms, they were not arrested for this reason. During the operations they were found, in fact, in possession of 119 grams of marijuana Pinna and about 600 grams of the same amazing Piroddu. And consequently, you are immediately arrested for this reason.
At the headquarters of validation of arrest in courthowever, the judge of the court of Sassariwhile validating the arrest, did not order precautionary measures for the two, as, as stated in the release order for the accused Piroddu,”well placed subject in the social context, which probably does not derive the exclusive or prevalent means for its livelihood from the possible activity of transferring substances”. The two are, therefore, free again.
The investigation into the alleged illicit trafficking of anabolics in Sassari continues.
Meanwhile, the investigations continue. Yesterday during the inspections, 4,700 tablets and 120 vials of substances were seized which will be analyzed and possibly used as evidence. And the searches should extend toentire regional territory.
