18:36:39 CASERTA. As part of the initiatives of State Police for the fight against gender violence, the Police Commissioner of Caserta has signed a memorandum of understanding with the“Spazio Donna” Association and the Social Cooperative “Women’s Space – Anti-Violence Centre”with the aim of guaranteeing the protection of victims.
The protocol provides for collaboration in the training activities of the respective staff, through a permanent comparison for the exchange of information useful for the prevention of the phenomenon, in the creation of information paths aimed at schools and citizens, and in communicating the respective tasks to victims of violence assistance and fight against the phenomenon.
In the collaboration procedures, communication to the victims of the possibility of making use of the legal instrument of the Police Commissioner’s warning, an administrative provision of the Public Security Authority which warns the perpetrator of persecutory or violent acts, not yet constituting a crime, of stop the conduct and avoid the initiation of criminal proceedings.
