I once made the playoffs as runner-up and reached the final, which unfortunately I lost. I hope to do the opposite. I don’t see anything different than the others, in fact, the others may probably arrive more tired than us. Playing every three days, playing more often. We train anyway, it’s not like we’re stopped. Even on a physical level, we put fuel in our legs and I don’t see all this disadvantage.
The enthusiasm of the fans? It must be a stimulus. First of all, we want to rejoice, but we want to make the many fans rejoice more than us. Also because we players are passing through, what remains is always the fans. We can and want to leave a beautiful memory here.
Last year’s waste? Last year’s season was a bit unusual, there weren’t many of us left so we put it behind us. Let’s think about these 6 finals, obviously starting from the first and thinking match by match. We’ll see. There isn’t even a need for many conversations in this locker room, made up of experienced players and men. There is no need for many words. We are an expert team and in my opinion that can make the difference over the others”.
