There is no story in race -2. The reigning Italian champion Bitonto redeems itself after the defeat suffered at home by Kick Off (4-2 in the first of the playoffs) and extends the series to game 3 with a result of 8-1: Lucilèia on top with a poker, in Renatinha, Mansueto, Tampa and the young Abbadessa also scored. Stegius scored the momentary 3-1 lead for the All Blacks, forced to do without Polloni and Lanziloti, both injured during the match. To establish the name of the semi-finalist we will therefore have to wait for the “beautiful” match on Saturday 11 May at 8pm, again at the PalaPansini.
THE OTHER MATCHES – Match points for the semi-final for Montesilvano (9-0 at Molfetta), TikiTaka (4-1 at Fiano Romano against Lazio) and Stilcasa Costruzioni Falconara, dragged into extra time against VIP by an extraordinary Boutimah (very poker for her ). Anyone who gets off to a good start is already halfway there, but an encore is necessary to get through.
