One of the most anticipated events in the food and wine scene of the area is approaching: ‘Calicis’.
“From 11 to 13 May 2024 – explain the organizers -, in the evocative setting of Villa Ormond, this extraordinary event dedicated to the culture of wine and local gastronomy will be held.
‘Calicis’ presents itself as an unmissable opportunity for all lovers of good food and good wine from Liguria, Piedmont, PACA, but also for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the food and wine traditions of the area.
The ‘Calicis’ program offers three intense days of cultural events and round tables, which will see the participation of illustrious representatives of the wine associations of local producers, associations of operators in the sector and representatives of local and national restaurants. Cooking shows will also be organized to show the public the best culinary practices of the region.
One of the prominent elements of this edition will be the presentation of three books dedicated to Ligurian wineries and the excellent food and wine of the region. These volumes represent a precious resource for all those who wish to deepen their knowledge of local winemaking and culinary traditions.
Also present at this event will be “Mestieri Digitali”, the group of IT experts within CNA who, on this occasion too, will support another CNA profession, the restaurateurs on this occasion.

Furthermore, ‘Calicis’ will offer visitors the opportunity to taste the wine excellences of the regions involved, as well as being able to appreciate the local gastronomic products on display.
