Afragola, twenty days to approve the statement

Twenty days for the approval of the management report of the Municipality of Afragola. There Prefecture of Naples, as stated in the deed: «warn the Afragola City Council to the approval of the management report relating to the financial year 2023, within a maximum of 20 (twenty) days starting from the last date of notification of this provision to the individual directors”.

Failing this: «the substitutive powers referred to in the art. will be activated. 141, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree. Legislative Decree 18 August 2000, n. 267 and the procedure for the dissolution of the City Council was started.”

The minority councilor Antonio Iazzetta commented: «Once again, as happened with the budget forecast, we find ourselves with the sword of Damocles of the Prefecture. There is a risk of dissolution of the municipal council if the report is not approved within twenty days of notification of the warning.”
