Casoria, McDonald’s opens a new restaurant and 40 jobs are required

McDonald’s a new restaurant opens in Casoria and search 40 people who will be able to join the company.

Online selections are open to identify the candidates who will participate in the Casoria stage of the McDonald’s Job Tour, which will be held in the second half of May.

The McDonald’s Job Tour is the traveling staff selection event organized for new McDonald’s openings and hires throughout Italy.

The desire to get involved, to work in a team and in contact with customers: these are some of the main characteristics that the company looks for in the people who work in its restaurants. McDonald’s offers a concrete job opportunity, thanks to stable contracts (which represent 92% of the total) and the possibility of rapid professional growth, thanks to a structured training program.

By May 19th, candidates interested in working for the new McDonald’s restaurant in Casoria will be able to participate in the first selection phase on the McDonalds.it website by answering a questionnaire and entering their CV. Suitable candidates will be asked to complete a test aimed at identifying their strengths. Those who pass the test will receive an invitation from the company with a date and time to participate in the McDonald’s Job Tour stage, during which individual interviews will take place.

For candidates it will be an opportunity to receive more information directly from those involved on the front line: there will in fact be people who work in restaurants in the area, available to tell and share their work experience at McDonald’s. For the new opening of Casoria, McDonald’s is looking for 40 people, in line with the national growth plan, which for 2024 involves the hiring of 5,000 new people throughout Italy.
