‘Bruno Galigani’ park in the Cardeto district in Terni, final step for the renegotiation of the assignment for 2023 and above all the three-year service concession to Terni Reti from 2024 to 2026. Reason? The process formally started on January 8th comes to an end with the policy approved by the city council. The attempt to include Le Macchine Celibi was unsuccessful.

The terms of the concession have already been known for four months and now all we have to do is complete the procedure for in-house providing. The news? There was an attempt to be included after the sole project manager – the technical officer Federico Nannurelli – sent the invitation letter to Terni Reti on 22 January and the notice of expressions of interest was published on 12 February : in addition to the company controlled by Palazzo Spada, the cooperative company Le Macchine Celibi also responded. Something did not go smoothly: «The absence of useful elements of comparison and comparison remained, therefore the Rup asked Le Macchine Celibi to provide an integration in order to evaluate the economic sustainability of the assignment of the service also for the purposes of the interest public”. The preliminary document specifies that the company did not present the additional elements and on 18 April Nannurelli sent a clarification note to conclude the procedure.

The outlay for the Municipality and the economy
Terni Reti’s offer also includes an outlay by the municipal administration as part of the three-year economic-financial plan: 32 thousand for the first year of the contract (2024), 15 thousand for the second and, for the last, rent to zero. Therefore the total expense borne by Palazzo Spada is 57,340 euros also considering VAT. It will therefore be the Au Alessandro Campi company that will manage the park and sports facilities to obtain the resources needed to cover the costs. There is further news: the subsidiary proposed renegotiation for 2023 on February 1st and the amount due is now quantified at 118,340 euros and for the Municipality it means a spending saving of 28,060 euros compared to what was previously assumed . The contract will be signed by the director of public works and heritage Piero Giorgini.
