Second edition for the “Tuscany Spirit Festival”, which took place on a day warmed by a summer sun which on the afternoon of Sunday 5 May attracted many attendees to the ‘Spirit’ event in Tuscany, in the beautiful Versiliana park in Marina di Pietrasanta. An innovative idea completely dedicated to a sector that increasingly attracts a young audience. Selected high quality products were present during the tasting, an event that was able to awaken curiosity for this type also with spaces dedicated to mixology in all those who attended.
A panel of master artisans of liqueur and distillation from all areas of Tuscany proposed the excellence of their own products with gin, vermouth, bitters, china, ready-to-drink cocktails, flavored wines, fortified wines, essential oils , snacks, then liqueurs and spirits of various types.
A journey through the glass also enriched by Versiliana Tuscany Cocktail Bar & Food”, where you can relax in the company of the music of Massimo Barsotti DJ and a good cocktail.

Gin Visionair
Omen nomen, Visionar was born from an idea of two young sommeliers,
Ilaria Lorini and Stefano Clemente. A challenge, saving the bees, the planet and at the same time producing the highest quality GIN using small insects, for the production of a truly particular gin, Visionair . An aromatic, spicy gin, with honeyed hints, to be kept inside a stainless steel thermal bottle, a container that is at the same time practical, sustainable, reusable, to be enjoyed anywhere.
Negroni from Lucca by Mr Liquor
Could not miss the Negroni one of the best known and most consumed drinks in the world, composed of 3 equal parts of red Vermouth, Campari, Gin, orange. A classic version the Negroni from Lucca. A totally artisanal workmanship won me over with a pleasant balance between the components which made tasting it an experience with a strong flavor but with a decidedly melting softness.
Opificio Spicy Negroni. 77
For demanding palates who are not satisfied with spirit alone, an addition of chilli pepper and rosemary to Opificio.77’s spicy Negroni, which added originality and a pungent touch to the overall flavours.
Spiaggi Vermouthto – Beach Games
As for Vermouth, a very fresh and saline version is offered by Spiaggia Vermouth of a beautiful amber red with aromas of aromatic berries that invade the marine pine forests but in which the camuciolo flowers and helichrysum are also noticeable, combined with the sweet and generous traits typical of Vermouth. Very versatile product: it can be drunk alone as an aperitif but also after dinner as a meditation wine.
