Marsala – The appointment with the non-fiction festival “38° Parallelo – Tra Libri e Cantine” which will take place in Marsala from 16 to 18 May is renewed again this year. Theme of this VIII edition, the “Alternative Present”.
The program of the prestigious event will be presented to the press on Wednesday 8 May, at 9.30 am, in the Multimedia Room of the “San Pietro” Monumental Complex.
The creator and director of the festival Giuseppe Prode will illustrate the three days of events. At the speakers’ table, the mayor Massimo Grillo and the councilor for Entertainment and Major Events Ignazio Bilardello, representing the Municipality of Marsala, the Hon. Stefano Pellegrino, representing the Ars, Department of Cultural Heritage and Sicilian Identity and Department of Tourism, Sport and Entertainment, together with the director of the Lilibeo-Marsala Archaeological Park, Anna Occhipinti, and the President of the COA and CPO at the Council of the Order of Lawyers of the Court of Marsala Adele Pipitone. Dr. Corrado Suma, Territorial Retail Manager for Sicily, will also be present, representing BPER Banca, partner of the festival.
