Candriam announces the entry of Manuel Mathetich in the role of Client Relationship Manager – Institutional Relations Italy, a choice with a view to continuing to strengthen itself in the institutional segment in Italy. To date, the Italian Candriam team has 13 professionals.

THE MATHETIC EXPERIENCE

Manuel Matetich, coming from Allianz Global Investors where he worked on institutional business development, will have the task of developing and managing relationships with institutional customers in Italy. Manuel Matetich has more than eight years of experience in the sector, having previously worked for leading international companies, including BNP Paribas Asset Management and Axa Investment Managers. In his new role at Candriam, he will report to Emanuele Colombo, Head of Institutional Relations Italy. At the moment, in the Italian institutional segment, Candriam can count on AuM for over 4 billion euros and over the years has obtained mandates from the main social security funds, insurance companies and pension funds. It now aims to grow particularly in the private assets segment.
