The second seasonal round of the combined KTM, Husqvarna and Gas Gas enduro trophies saw 409 riders, owners of motorcycles from the three brands from beyond the Alps, present at the start in Pomarance (Pisa). Two hourly checks over 70 km. of track to be tackled twice, encountering three timed sections at each passage: a 5500 m ribbon cross test. slippery, with counter-slopes, then shortened to the second lap, a 4000 meter enduro test in a wooded area downhill/path, right from the start with the direction of travel reversed compared to the original program, and a second cross test of approximately 5 km.
Satisfaction, at the end of the race, for the organization and the competitors in having managed to complete the race despite the notable tantrums of the bad weather. Among the happiest also Gabriele Pastorutti (KTM 250 2T), member of the Moto Club Trieste, who brings home a good result. In the Veteran 2T KTM class the Friulian, despite some small problems in the setup of the mount, finished 5th on difficult terrain, improving in the partials up to the finish. His expert and profitable guide sees him, at the end of the day, positively positioned at around 1/3 of the overall.
The three Trophies will be back on the field on June 2nd in Cortemilia (Cuneo) welcomed by the Moto Club 100 Torri Alba.
