With the first car roaring at the Arco di Augusto, with Elwis Chentre and Igor D’Herin on board, the 45th Valle d’Aosta Rally started punctually at 8.01 this morning, Sunday 5 May. Arrival is from 6.01pm, again in Piazza Arco d’Augusto in Aosta.

Valid for the local Rally Cup, it is organized by the Automobile Club Valle d’Aosta and its operational arm, ACVA Sport Asd, thanks to the collaboration of a team of competent and expert volunteers, and is ready to give emotions and enthusiasm competitive in six special trials with 152 registered crews competing along the winding roads that outline the evocative mountain route. Six timed sections (three to be repeated) to discover the names of the protagonists who will enrich the prestigious Roll of Honor of the Race. Over 50 Aosta Valley crews competing in the “Baseli” and “Zilio” cups, seventeen of which in the Rally 4/R2 class.
