The long night of interventions in our territory began yesterday evening. At 7.30 pm the most serious accident of these hours. It happened in Sorico, on Regina, where cars and motorbikes collided. And the worst happened to a 64-year-old who was on a two-wheeler, who ended up disastrously on the ground and was then rescued by 118 personnel. The helicopter from the Villaguardia base was also called in for transport to the hospital. The 64-year-old was taken under code red (life threatening) to the Circolo di Varese hospital. From initial information, it should be a resident of the area.
And last night also four drunk people were rescued by the 118 staff. At 11pm in Como (Tavernola) in via Asiago – boy taken to Sant’Anna for observation – at 2.30am in viale Cavallotti (city centre) where he felt ill he was a 56-year-old man, who then ended up at Valduce. And again: at 2.30 in Villaguardia (via Varesina) a 20-year-old boy who was then taken to hospital in Tradate (he was also under observation), finally at 3.40 in Rovellasca (via Caduti di Nassirya) where he a 49-year-old felt badly (he ended up in hospital in Saronno to sober up from his hard alcohol hangover).
