“Pesaro Challenge”, which includes around 30 sporting entities from the province, presents the new format of this year’s event which will take place in Pesaro from 30 August to 1 September and in Vallefoglia on 7 and 8 September. The theme is “Get involved”, designed for an increasingly active participation of those present. All people will be able to try their hand at the most varied sports, and small sports villages will be created in the event areas: in Pesaro alla Palla, viale Trieste and Baia Flamnia and in Vallefoglia in the PalaDionigi area.

“The involvement of many sports disciplines makes the Pesaro Challenge a great event for the promotion of sport which brings together local sports clubs” – says Rachele Pacifico, co-organiser of the event – “The event is also a tool for raising awareness to integration, sustainability, respect for the environment, with moments dedicated to shows and culture”. The novelty is instead explained by the other co-organizer of the event, Francesco Troiani – “We want to create an opportunity for participants, sports clubs and sponsors to get in touch with each other during the event days which will be real open day in the open. Visitors will be given the ‘Challenge Card’ where they will collect the stamps of the tests in which they participate. Each completed Card will be rewarded with a surprise, a recognition for having accepted the challenge and at the same time an incentive to try more sports for everyone”.

“This event evolves every year and represents an opportunity for the various sporting realities” – states the councilor for speed of Pesaro, Mila Della Dora. “We are happy that last year it was decided to extend the event to our municipality too”, adds Mirco Calzolari, sports councilor of Vallefoglia.
