Through the pages of the French portal dealabs, the well-known leaker billbil-kun has revealed the first alleged details on a new game starring Astro Bot for PS5 by Team Asobi, which should be titled simply Astro Bot.
According to its sources, the game will be officially announced within the next 15 days, then on the occasion of the much rumored PlayStation Showcase on May 28th or during the Summer Game Fest on June 7th. Interesting to note that according to another tip from billbil-kun, Concord, the multiplayer shooter for PS5 and PC by Firewalk Studios, will also be presented with great fanfare in the same period of time. In short, at this point the idea of a PlayStation event soon becomes more and more plausible.
The first, few and presumed, details on the new Astro Bot game
Billbil-kun also revealed a handful of alleged information about the game. According to his sources, it seems that Astro Bot will be partially set in the heart of a desert and will see the introduction of a new character with the features of a fennec, a desert fox, who shares some similarities with the robot protagonist of the game.
At this point we just have to wait to find out if these rumors will be denied or if in addition to the smoke there is also some roast. In the meantime, nothing stops us from playing with our imagination and hypothesizing which games could appear during a possible new PlayStation event.
