and to visit in the splendid location of the Alessandro IV Stables of the Palazzo dei Papi in Viterbo four unique exhibitions in the world between bricks, minifigures, barbies, princesses and superheroes. A renewed retail hunt among the splendid displays will liven up the days and a large free play area with thousands of bricks will unleash the imagination of adults and children.
Playmobil and Lego
From the impressive private collection of Alfonso Lionelli, among the largest in Europe, it will color the stables with enormous dioramas. A passion, a game, pure fun. As a child it was just a dream, now it’s reality, “It’s a dream and lets dream” is the artist’s motto. 60 square meters, a gigantic landscape with planes, helicopters, characters, animals, even a circus are ready to illuminate the eyes and the imagination. The uniqueness of his collection is the fact that each piece does not exist on the market, as it is modified to be inserted into the narrative contexts that he represents from time to time.
The city built with bricks Lego® largest in the world, 7 MILLION bricks and 10,000 characters is one of the largest dioramas based on the theme of the city as the theater of daily life: a project four meters wide by fifteen meters long, all part of a private collection, that of Wilmer Archiutti. The particularity? The detail or rather the thousands of details present. Every building in the city has meticulously furnished, illuminated and inhabited interiors: you don’t stop at the first appearance but you need to scrutinize every corner, every crack and multiple spaces as each one has a curious story to discover and tell. The characters that populate the city deserve a separate chapter, especially the most famous superheroes, Batman, Wonder Woman, Spiderman and others enliven the different neighborhoods of the city: from the amusement park to the restaurant, from the toy shop to the amusement park, and still the train station, the cinema, the shopping centre.
Barbie and Disney Action Figures
An unprecedented and absolutely original exhibition, it comes directly from the private collection of Rosella Iobbi who exhibits a unique, colorful and cheerful collection that will make women dream and why not even men. Hundreds of incredibly refined dolls to make you feel like little girls and boys again, to be lost in your eyes!
