At the end of the dinner, accompanied by the Honorable Rosaria Tassinari, president of the regional coordination of Forza Italia in Emilia Romagna, the minister moved to Faenza at the Hotel Vittoria, from where this morning he left at 8.30 for the visit to the Caviro Faenza factory, “a beautiful reality on a national and international level”.
At 10.30 he reached the municipal council room Forlìwelcomed by the mayor Gian Luca Zattini, for the presentations of the Cer (Renewable Energy Communities) with the founding members.
At 11.30 he was at the Forza Italia headquarters in Piazza Saffi a Forlì to present the 32 candidates on the list for the city council elections, headed by Giuseppe Petetta, linked to the mayoral candidate Zattini and at the same time also present the Honorable Rosaria Tassinari and Bruno Molea to the European elections.

Presenting the 32 candidate councilors of the Municipality of Forlì from the Forza Italia list, linked to the mayoral candidate Zattini, MP Tassinari commented: “With this list, headed by the outgoing councilor Giuseppe Petetta, we represent all sectors of Forlì civil society, because each of them lives in daily and concrete experience all the problems and aspects of living in families, at work and in the city of Forlì, in whose management and administration we want to make our contribution with commitment and enthusiasm for the next five years”.

Still accompanied by the Honorable Rosaria Tassinari, Minister Pichetto Fratin left for Bologna for an open press conference and a breakfast with entrepreneurs and representatives of trade associations, at the Hotel Savoia Regency in via del Pilastro 2. At 3pm the tour will arrive in Ferrara for a public meeting at the Chamber of Commerce.
In all meetings with entrepreneurs, administrators and political leaders, the Minister of Environment and Energy Security supported “how strategic the energy supply and independence of a country is”.
Giving an example, the minister explained: “During the war in Ukraine we experienced first-hand, fortunately for a short time, what could be the consequences of an energy dependence on a foreign state. This is why the push towards the production of renewable energy is more decisive than ever not only to defend the environment, but also to defend the economy and, ultimately, the lifestyle of companies and people. To truly defend the environment you need to have the strength and courage to change some outdated patterns, you need to have clear ideas to put the works and initiatives that are needed to change into action. Remaining anchored to the old, opposing it by only shouting ‘no’ means not really caring about the environment”.
For Pichetto Fratin “Forza Italia is, and has always been, the party of doing, but doing in an intelligent way, taking into consideration the objectives, but also the existing situation to avoid setting unattainable goals or forcing companies and people to overturn its organization too abruptly.” Thinking about the upcoming European elections, the minister said: “This is precisely the spirit we want to bring to Europe: we need a party that has the courage to make choices, but also the predisposition to listen to the needs of the parties involved and then the ability to synthesize and carry one’s line forward”.
Deputy Tassinari comments: “The environment is a crucial challenge for the future and we are fortunate to be able to count on a capable, competent and determined person like Minister Pichetto Fratin who sums it up well, in his character and in the way he has of being a minister, the spirit of Forza Italia”.
