Made in Calabria protagonist at Cibus

After the extraordinary success of Vinitaly in Verona, the best of Calabria’s food and wine scene passes by Cibus, the Parma International Food Exhibition. This is the most important fair dedicated to Italian agri-food, a meeting point between institutions, trade associations, companies and agri-food professionals Made in Italy. In a context in which experiences and strategies intersect to outline the future of food the Region cannot be missing Calabria with its companies arriving in Emilia, thanks to the work of the agriculture department of the Calabria Region and Arsac.

Cibus, which will start on May 7th and end on Friday May 10th, will be a new stage in the promotion process, strongly desired by the Region, which has allowed the businesses Calabrians to grow significantly in terms of export.

“Calabria – said the regional councilor for agriculture, Gianluca Gallowill be the protagonist with a renewed stand and with many companies that will bring to Parma the quality of our sector, which has grown considerably in recent years. A growth path made possible by the contribution of many entrepreneurs, especially young people and women, who are working hard to enhance the enormous potential of our region”.

In the space dedicated to Calabria, therefore, there will be approximately 60 companies in the sector will exhibit their products. There will also be moments of in-depth analysis and discussion which will see industry experts as protagonists.
