The figure is one for now esteemThe detailed project will be processed in next weeks by the school building offices of the Municipality of Ravenna and will then be subjected to scrutiny by the council for approval.
What is certain is that we need to hurrybecause the time window for working on schools is the summer, when educational activities are suspended: the Municipality aims to arrive in Septemberat the opening of the 2024-25 school year, with the classroom restored.
In everything therefore, the story of the fire at the middle school will cost the municipal coffers dearly: 100 thousand euros have already been spent in great urgency – for the safety measures that allowed students to be brought back to the desks – to which others will now be added Approximately 150 thousand euroswhich the Palazzo Merlato offices will have to identify in the budget items relating to school investments.
Here the programming is dense: among the projects already approved there is the coverage of the Mattei school for over 500 thousand euros of investment, that of a part of the Pasini school and the renovation of the bathrooms. Then 220 thousand euros allocated for the new nursery and nursery section at the Mezzano school (the nursery section will open in September), to which another 60 thousand euros are added for furnishings.
