Aymen cutting hair on the street in Piacenza
Aymen Belgacem, aka “Aymen Style”, is a young Tunisian of only 22 years old and in addition to his ability to handle scissors, combs and razors, he has also managed to make himself known thanks to his video which portray him while works outdoors around the city.
Videos of him cutting hair on the street or riding a speeding scooter they went viral, quickly making the rounds on social media – also thanks to the relaunch of Piacenza Memes.
a passion that has distant origins
His passion has distant origins: “I started cutting the hair of my brothers and friends in Tunisia – explains Aymen – when I was very young. After completing my studies at a specialized school, I started working as a barber in my country. After that I toured Europe, from Paris to Milan via Rome. In 2017 I arrived in Piacenza, where I chose to settle.”

And so, after gaining experience as an employee in other shops, Aymen managed to start his own business by taking over a business in the station area. Now there is always a queue in front of the place. “It is thanks above all to friends, who share my videos, that I have managed to make myself known. Together with the clients – he continues – I decide what type of film to make and that’s it. It’s a creative way to showcase my work.”
Now that he has managed to realize his dream, starting practically from scratch, Aymen Style’s goal is to open a chain of hairdressing shops here in Piacenza.
