Olbia. Also this year, on May 19, 2024, Olbia will be the stage for the third annual edition of Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR), an event that combines passion for motorbikes and social commitment. At the Doppio Malto, participants will gather for a day dedicated to elegance and solidarity, before leaving for a parade through the streets of the city and an evocative panoramic route.
Upon returning from the ride, the atmosphere will come alive with live music from the band Patrick and the Crazy Slivers. The program also includes a tattoo corner, a street barber, a market and awards for the most elegant. For the little ones, a baptism will be organised baby bikers, with the first lessons on minibikes led by an expert instructor. There will be no shortage of excitement in the lottery, with prizes for the lucky winners.
Past editions have seen enthusiastic participation, with over 470 motorcyclists and significant fundraising of around 7500 euros for the Movember foundation, dedicated to prostate cancer research and men’s mental health. The event has grown rapidly, becoming an unmissable event for motorcycle enthusiasts.
