And they are relegated (although exalted as an example for everyone) because they too do not grow enough in an Italy in which the South is deprived by the State of the means for more complete development. So what do they do? We demand autonomy so we save ourselves at the expense of others. Let’s secede but without leaving the country, not fools. Remaining with further privilege.

And we don’t need to bother the economic gurus to remember the law of decreasing marginal utility: each intervention always in the same direction yields less than one in a different direction. And it is useless to add that part of those 40 euros would also be useful to the North and its companies involved in the South.
Approved next week, the autonomy will disappear from the radar of Parliament and communication. It will become a private affair between Calderoli and his three governor buddies (with Bonaccini from Emilia perhaps a little more secluded because of the Pd). So what do you want, what do I give you? Which functions of the State do you want to manage alone because you say you are better without any demonstration? And how much money, there you have it.
They should have them according to their needs. But what are these needs? And who calculates them? Here the famous Lep (Essential Performance Levels) should have been triggered. No autonomy if these needs are not first calculated not only for them but for all the regions of Italy. Starting from the South, where not only have they never been calculated. And to have it through an on-site withholding of their taxes. Why? Because the rich have morally more rights, even more than they already have. New ethics. And those taxes not paid to the State will be one less spending option (again) for the State in the rest of the country, the South in the lead.
