From today 2 to Sunday 5 May 2024at the Agip Colony structure in Cesenaticowill be held the national phase of the Mathematics Olympiadin which one will participate excellent student of the 5th B New Order of the “Dante Alighieri” Scientific High School in Matera, who accesses the aforementioned phase.
Lorenzo Saracino was second place at the conclusion of the district competition of the competition reserved for secondary school students which took place last February 21st in Genzano di Lucania.
At the regional test of the Mathematics Olympiad also participated by other students of the “Dante Alighieri” scientific high school who, at this stage, despite not being among the finalists, have obtained some excellent positions in the final ranking for the entire Lucanian area.
The Headmaster of the Materano Scientific High School, prof. Marialuisa Sabino, together with the teaching staff, expresses satisfaction with the result achieved by Lorenzo Saracino and thanks the other students who participated in the test for the commitment and enthusiasm shown in a competition that is as tough as it is exciting.
The manager expresses applause for the referent teacher for the Mathematics Olympiad, Prof. Milena De Rosa and all the teachers, who constantly support children in their educational and cultural growth.
