Everything is ready for the second Campania edition of the JoyRunthe competition running national event created by the McArthurGlen centers in Italy, scheduled for May 12th Caserta. Thanks to the initiative of the largest outlet in Southern Italy, La Reggia Designer Outlet, on Sunday 12 May a wave of athletes will meet for the individual road running race at 8.30 am from Corso Trieste, 19 with arrival in Piazza Charles of Bourbon. The athletes will compete in a route that winds along the entire center of Caserta passing for over 3 km through the splendid royal gardens of the Royal Palace of Caserta declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
After the success of the first edition in May 2023 which saw the enthusiastic participation of over 1,200 athletes and the triumph of Aziz Lakriti and Francesca Maniaci, the McArthurGlen Group has decided to confirm its commitment to promoting the culture of sport and the territory also in Campania. The initiative is in fact part of a calendar of JoyRuns organized in all the group’s Italian centers. The Reggia Fun Run will take place at the same time as the sports competition: a 4 km route through the streets of the city of Caserta, open to the whole family, to spend a special day dedicated to sport.
Registrations for the first four stages of JoyRun 2024 are open until Wednesday 8 May on the official endu platform or at the offices of the local organizers. Race pack collection – with new dedicated t-shirt and special offers in many of the centres’ sports brands – on the pre-Joy Run Saturday at the McArthurGlen Centres.
