Last Saturday was an important day for the Real Rocchenerea company that recently concluded its first year in First category with a good fifth place despite not being able to compete in the play-offs due to the gap from second position.
The rosanero club has renewed the bond that binds it to Palermowho militates in B seriesdonating the historic shirt from the 1960s to the club of the Sicilian capital: a relationship between Real Rocchenere And Palermo started in the 1961/62 season, when some Rosanero players donated their shirts to the Messina team, which from that day adopted pink and black as its club colours.
“We are delighted that this shirt can return to where it all began and that it can be exhibited inside the Palermo Museum”, we read in the official post of the president’s Real Rocchenere Sergio Garufi: “Thanks to Palermo FC for the hospitality, for the walk about in the museum and inside the “Renzo Barbera” stadium. We are honored to strengthen this bond with the pink and black colors that distinguish us in our stories.”
