The San Mauro Futura political group invites citizens to the official presentation of its list and the electoral program for the next municipal elections. The event will be held on Friday 3 May 2024, at 9.00 pm, at the Sala Gramsci in San Mauro Pascoli.
Mayoral candidate Simone Pascuzzi explains: “During the evening, citizens will have the opportunity to get to know the candidates that make up the San Mauro Futura list and to discover their specific skills, fundamental for the future role of councilors. The evening’s program includes a detailed presentation of the priorities and objectives that the group intends to pursue, outlining the improvement and growth strategies for our community. The event will be enriched by the presence of Prof. Marco Bassani, full professor of political doctrines at the University of Milan, known for his commitment to the debate on political correctness and freedom of expression. Recently at the center of controversy for a sanction received following the sharing of a meme on social media, Prof. Bassani will offer his speech on the topic ” When freedom of expression gives way and becomes a crime of opinion”. The meeting will be an unmissable opportunity to delve into current and politically relevant issues, as well as representing a moment of open dialogue between the candidates and citizens.
