Curiosity is the most important thing. Every day you have to ask yourself questions to find as many solutions as possible. They are unable to go beyond a certain point and attack those who can. Critics, on the other hand, see some things and give you ideas to work on. When you are forced to win and the club gives you what I had, including a squad of Martians, everything is easier.”

Torrisi’s Trapani wants the treble

Personal goals
Alfio Torrisi, even on a personal level, has no intention of stopping and sends a message to all those coaches who would like to follow in his footsteps, but don’t believe in themselves enough. “In life you have to set goals and fight against everything and everyone to achieve them. You have to push your shoulders. We live in an environment where we expect nothing more than the opportunity to make others disappear. You have to be strong and at times arrogant, let your “worst” side come out. Enemies are those who don’t want you to get where you want to go. It takes passion, the desire to always improve and to think with your own head. There is nothing unattainable. Just look at other coaches who are doing great things. I think about Vincenzo Italianowhich went from C to A in 5 years. Also Alessio Dionisi (formerly Sassuolo, ed.) until 5 years ago it was in Serie D.
