Return on May 22nd at the “Mario Ravera” pool in Chiavari. Possible third meeting in Crotone on May 25th.
Off we go. In the waters of the Olympic swimming pool of Crotone, RN Lucio Auditore will play the first of the two play-off matches (also the possible third match in Crotone if the result in the two matches is a draw) to gain the historic promotion to Serie A1 and enter among the elite of national water polo.
Play-offs won by president Vincenzo Arcuri’s team, coached by his brother Checco, with 52 points (16 wins, 4 draws, three defeats, 240 goals scored/187 conceded) behind CC Napoli who scored 59 points.
RN Auditore’s opponent for this very difficult first match will be Chiavari Nuoto, who finished fourth in the third North group with 48 points (15 wins, 3 draws, 4 defeats, 256 goals scored/213 conceded).
